One day, we were desperately trying to secure a simple visa appointment at VFS Global for an upcoming trip. What should have been a straightforward digital process turned into a multi-day nightmare.

We were met with an incredibly sluggish UI, random session timeouts, and the constant irritation of waiting for multi-time OTP authorizations just to view the calendar. To make matters worse, every time the portal crashed or logged us out, we found ourselves filling out the exact same passenger information over and over again. It was exhausting.
